License terms

Your permission to use the software

These terms explain what your UnInquizitive license allows. They supplement the Terms of Service.

Effective and last updated August 13, 2026

License grant

While your account is eligible, UnInquizitive grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension and related website features for your own authorized Norton identity. The software is licensed, not sold.

Multiple devices

You may use your license on more than one device, including a borrowed device, when the same licensed Norton identity is active. The license follows the Norton identity, not the computer. A friend may not use your license for the friend's Norton identity, even on your device.

Plan and usage limits

Your plan controls its active dates, assignment uses, and features. One use generally authorizes one new assignment. Authorization may remain attached to that assignment for later reruns while the applicable license rules permit. Pro or other unlimited wording means no ordinary assignment-use cap during the paid term, but fair-use, security, platform, and anti-abuse controls still apply.

Restrictions

  • Do not share, transfer, rent, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the extension or license.
  • Do not alter the extension to change identity, plan, usage, payment, referral, security, or authorization results.
  • Do not extract credentials, copy protected code, defeat signing or access controls, or build a competing service from the software, except where law expressly permits.
  • Do not remove branding, notices, or technical protections.

Updates and compatibility

The extension may update automatically. Updates may add, remove, or replace functions needed for security or Norton compatibility. Older versions may remain temporarily supported by the API, but support can end after notice or when continued operation creates security, legal, or reliability risk.

Third-party material

This license does not grant rights to Norton services, course material, school content, Chrome, Stripe, or other third-party products. Their separate terms still apply. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

Termination

This license ends when the account or plan expires, you uninstall the software, or access is terminated under the Terms of Service. On termination, stop using and remove the extension. Provisions about ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive where applicable.
